Favorite Thing(s) about Shorter: The sense of community that the small school atmosphere provides.  I do not go home much because I have a family here.

Favorite Class at Shorter: Dr. Butcher's English class or Fitness Walking for Life

Favorite place to go in Rome: I like to go over to Frost chapel at Berry. I also like to have late night talks at Waffle House

Why I Chose Shorter: I chose Shorter because I wanted change. I live close enough to home that I can still go home when I want to, but I am not in my hometown. I considered another school, but I realized God wanted me at Shorter for a reason.

Tips about Shorter: Be willing to jump in and get involved. College is what you make it, and you have to make an effort.  I stepped out of my comfort zone and love every minute!
